Save me 5min of copy pasting social profiles links.

I'd like to type "@" and have it suggest links to profiles I've configured.

ex: if I type "@m" I'll get a dropdown with these options:

Mattia - Linkedin

Mattia - Twitter

Maria - Twitter

And all I'd have to do press "tab" or "arrow down/up" then "enter" to select the person I'm talking about. This generates a link to the profile in question.
